Course overview

The step where AI stops waiting for you. You will learn how automated workflows are actually structured — triggers, actions, data, conditions, approvals — and build at least one real automation that runs without you. No coding required; everything is built with no-code tools, with an optional look at APIs for the curious.

Who this is for

  • People who have hit the ceiling of manual prompting
  • Operators with obvious repetitive processes
  • Graduates of Chief of Staff or Small Business & Nonprofits

What you’ll learn

  • Connecting the apps you already use
  • Where AI fits inside a workflow
  • Working with data sources
  • Conditions and branching
  • Approval steps and human-in-the-loop design
  • Testing, error handling, and monitoring
  • A responsible look at APIs
